Q&A
— Give a short overview of your career journey after school
When I left school I worked in a few different roles, including as a welder for a time, before completing the Creating Careers in Construction programme with All Together Cumbria, where I discovered a love for project management. I completed a two-week placement with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, giving me the knowledge I needed achieve my project management goals. I'm now studying Project Controls Level 6 with University of Cumbria, on a degree apprenticeship with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure.
