— Give a short overview of your career journey after school
After leaving school, I attended Kendal College to study Catering and Hospitality. Following my studies, I spent a number of years working in the hospitality industry before moving into an administrative role. I then went onto working in the construction industry within customer services for house builders and have recently progressed into the position of Customer Services Manager for Genesis Homes.

Be open to trying new things and don’t feel pressured to have your career path or first job figured out right away.

Give it a try, there are many different roles within the industry that you might want to explore.
