Managing the commercial aspects of Civil Engineering construction projects. This includes pricing, procurement of materials and subcontracts, managing project programmes and cost reporting.
Why did you join the Cumbria Talent Force?
The construction sector is experiencing a real skilled labour shortage and desperately needs more young people. There are so many excellent career opportunities within construction and often young people are not made aware of these.
The Talent Force provides a platform for sharing these opportunities with students, whilst also networking with a great group of professionals in the local area. It is great to be part of a team which supports young people with career decisions and promotes the opportunities that the region can offer.
